Reason : Why does Omni Mattress™ not accept returns ?

Due to Covid-19, hygiene and safety reasons, O Mattress™ does not accept O Mattress™ mattresses, pillows or frames in return once the box or packaging has been opened. Many other companies do accept returns and resell the returned mattresses, pillows and frames to new customers.

Our policy is to always provide our customers with a 100% brand new Hybrid “O” Mattress™  with an industry leading 20 year warranty, which clearly shows we stand behind our product. Many thousands of Canadians love their O Mattress™ mattresses and prefer the comfort of an amazing mattress warranty!
